Troubled rocker Pete Doherty has hit gossip columns again after making a video of himself and his friends causing trouble.

The shocking video features Pete encouraging his friends to go and attack an awaiting photographer outside his flat in a run-down tower block in Hackney, east London.

The gang, who are named as Field Marshall Purple, Handsome Michael and Dangerous Man Driver, approach the snapper who's standing on the other side of metal railings.

The two-minute film then shows one of the trio grabbing the unsuspecting pap through the railings and smashing an egg on him.

Seconds later Pete is seen gloating and cheering after the scuffle and leering into the camera in his dark, grimy flat.

The video is entitled Bilo's Revenge, referring to Pete's nickname from his former days in The Libertines.

The footage, posted on YouTube seems to show Pete living in a state of squalor after his recent split with supermodel Kate Moss.

The grubby curtains, stained carpet and tatty Union Jack hanging from the wall are a far cry from the luxury he shared with Kate.

The ugly images come a fortnight after Moss kicked him out of her house in St John's Wood after he reportedly cheated on her with a South African model.
